Not able to unsubscribe from 56505 jokes alert

I had subscribed from my bsnl mobile for 56505 jokes alerts 2 months back, now i want to deactivate the service. i had called bsnl several times and everytime the information given by them proved wrong and still the service has not been deactivated.

kindly look into the matter and help me get the service dectivated as soon as possible because the jokes they send now are now being repeated.
