Limited service of bsnl sim

The sim is showing limited service when operated since a week.it have a life time till 2010 but showing this above kind of problem .please take this problem as granted and hope that it will be solved soon. i am a proffessional worker, i need my contacts to be activated soon as m facing a lot of problem to contact wit my clients.
