Please blocking the sumo sim No:9481025034

Der Sir,

I had sumo sim (mobile) No;9481025034 and using it. My last dialed No.is 9448623524.On 20th Dec at 4.30 p.m. while travelling I have lost my mobile. Immediately I contacted the BSNL customer care, as per their direction I have already sent fax message to 080-22108116 number for the same effect.

Hence I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action in the matter, and until further requested for its activation kindly block mobile No:9481025034 with immediate effect.
