OFTEN PHONE FAULT

I have land line phone which is often repairing because more than 100 mtrs the wire is coming in post. When any high transport cross or heavy raining the line is disconnecting. This is happening often. When i ask lineman who is come for repair who is telling that the wires are very weak so will have to transfer the cable (but last 5 years still not changed). At present i am working in maldives and very diffcult to contact my families. When i spoke regarding to mannargudi customer care centre- no response. Will consider my compaint to dig and lay new cable?
