BSNL Teracom 3G data card LW272
Data card not working within 2 weeks of purchase

This is Arijita Chakraborty, I purchased BSNL 3G data card (teracom LW272) on 26th oct, from yesterday 8th nov it was not working when inserted in my computer.. no LED glow..no response. When I took it to the BSNL office they repeatedly charged me as I damaged the device externally..though there was no fracture in the device. now tell me what to do???
