Bsnl top up card
Money debited twice no top up

Sir,

money from my SBI acoount at gomti nagar lucknow branch was debited twice for rs 220 each, but the top up was not generated in my mobile no. 9450358800 on the morning of 14/10, since then i have been calling your helpline but noting could be resolved kindly check and rectify
