BSNL-TOPUP CARD RS.225
UNABLE TO RECHARGE, UNABLE TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE

I have Bought a Topup recharge card for RS.225/- from BSNL Franchisee located near Ayodhya Mandapam in West Mambalam on 28th Feb'2009.

When I tried the nos. given for recharging my cell displays as "Recharge not possible".

When I enquired about it the person in the franchisee told me that he has instructed the Girl in the showroom not to issue RS.225/- card and issue only Rs.220/- Card as value has been changed, but the bloody idiotic Girl/Lady in the show room has issued the Rs.225 Card. He added that since BSNL is updating the software it will get charged on 1st march but in vain even after several attempts.

It is very clear that Most of the Cheats are bloody Girls/Ladies.

Card No. is 4491 1031 XXXX XXXX X7

The bloody thing is that they do not even give a receipt for that. I tried to contact BSNL Customer Care thro. 9400024365 several times but i get recorded speech continuously for hours together and hence making this complaint.

I also want to make a complaint with Police Department and Vigilance after hearing from you.
