BSNL / VENELLA PLUS mobile service
Unauthorised deductions/ debits

My phone number is 9492926480. It is a new connection. Without making any call / downloading any service or features, my account has been debited to around Rs 150 in last 2-3 weeks. I called the customer service cell over phone twice in last one week. I was assured that it would be looked into and reply would be sent by SMS, but I have not received any reply. It is requested that after due investigation, my account may be credited at an early date.
