IRRESPONSIBILITY OF CUSTOMER CARE
Dear Sir,
I am gvs kiran from hyd, I have taken mobile connection from BSNL Vennela Package
eventhough I have recharged my sim, my connection was not activated yet, though I informed to the custmar care, they answerd me that it would be activated within one day, I met 10 times to the of custmar care Department, my sim was not activated yet, I was recharged on 9/09) alereday they took the complinent on 12/09/09 my complinent num ap120909351 but they didn't taken any action.
So I request your kind honour to take proper action against BSNL customer care, for which act of kindness I shall be grately thankful to you Sir
