Not Working Properly from Past 8 Years

Dear sir/madam

From the past 8 years I am using BSNL landline phone my exchange address is-- sathapaady exchange. mettur (Tk) Salem (Dt) Pin-636451.tamilnadu.. the thing is from the beginning not only my exchange, neighbor hood exchanges also not working properly. Caller id facility, call listing, bill referring also not available. Because of that telephone exchange operators selling the calls locally. So without using the phone our people paying telephone bills.

Now a days private networks working properly, them service also good. If u cant give good service to the people what is the meaning of your service. Number of people turns over to private networks from BSNL. Kindly hear my feed back. If u can’t enhance the exchange please try to make them to work properly. Thanking you…
