I putforth the following words for your kind consideration and prompt action. My telephone number is 232692. I am using home flexi 350. for the month of june i was charged 934 Rs. I was told that 1.8gb is free and the the maxmum charge is 750rs. I donot understand how i was charged 934rs. I complained at the bsn office vizianagaram and gave a written complaint alsobut there is no response from your side. I had high regards for BSNl but now i am losing faith in our service. I would like the concerned authorities to look into the matter and solve my problem.
