BSNL WLL
WLL incoming call not conected

I had a problem with WLL (02462-202101 - Nanded, maharastra). I thought its technical faults is going there.i am calling with my mobiles from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (Airtel, Tata, Aircel, vodafone & Relaince Netwok) to WLL but its not connecting to WLL.

i complained alredy on the phone by oral but they sey that problem in (Airtel, Tata, Aircel.vodafone & Relaince At A.P.)

What should i do to solve this problem???
