Egarding cashprizeof US$850, 000 on a lucky draw

Dear sir,

I've recieved a msg on 31th July regarding that my mobile had won a prize money of US$ 850, 000 and they asked me my details regarding my phonenumber, name address and age asked to send at e-mail id " bt4uk@hotmail.com" and I have sent the information., do u think it's genuine and if it is just a fake report than what sort of action should be taken against these persons who misuse peoples innocense. Can they miuse the information? I need to find who these guys are and want them to be punished or put behind the bars, so if u have any details regarding this plz make sure u provide me with necessary information.
