No registration of Land even after paying the sum 3 years back

Sir,

I had paid Rs. 55, 000 to Budhadev real state for purchasing 3000 Sq Ft under installment scheme and I had paid the complete Sum Rs. 55, 000 (including Registration charge) for the Sarojini Park plot (4 KMs from Khurda and 14 KMs from CRP square on NH 5). Since then the Properiter of Budhadev Real state Mr. Kalyan Baarik is been telling me that the registration will be done in 1 week 2 weeks and 3 years have passed by. I have wasted almost Rs. 30, 000 for following up with him (since I have to go to his office in IRC villege from my place Patia 11 KMs one side) and close to Rs. 5000 over phone.

It seems that he is in no mood to do the registration of my land which puts me in a distressed frame of mind.

I have the receipts of all the transactions that I have done with this frod company.

It would be great if I get any help on this and get my land registered.
