Builder
Plot/Site not allotted since 4 years

Sir,

Four years back I have purchased a residential site (30/40) through a Builder in Bangalore. During 2004 the layout was still under construction but the builder advised me to go for registration as i had applied load for the site. Post registration, i noticed that the work was stopped at the layout and since that day i have been following for the site..And every time i get one standard answer from the builder stating that it will take some more time.

I am totally confused, top of all i am fed up of calling him, talking to him and pleading him..Very deliberately i have not specified the builder name as i donot know the consequences..
