Uilder can increase area of book property without giving any awareness

Dear Sir/Madam,

i complaint here against pune builder.i book property at chinchawad area with giving 10%booking amount and registration is remaining because i went out of india.

after 2 months, builder can increase 33sq.ft area of property without awareness to us and we asked him so he gave answer other customers of west side demanding for more area.?

Now he demanding more money to pay for that area? near by 1lakhs and its not affordable to me, and i cant cancel the property also because the rate of property increase near by 300/sq.ft in same area.so where i complaint this and what i should do now?

He told to us paid MSEB, other charges etc.at time of registration only infact construction is not reach to the 1st slab and our flat on 6th floor.and he charge to us terrace area also.

Please give me correct direction and solution also.
