Cancellation of booking

I booked flat @ 2500 per sq. signed agreement recently they reduced

prices to 2100 that time marketing manager said they will give credit

note for old customer also . later they kept rates as it is and started

to giving other benifit to new custmer to make up equivalent amout @2100per

sq. feet so they can show rates are not changed to old customer. Now they

are giving verbal commitment of 200 per sq. feet to old customer on condition

of old customer will make payment on time so they can recover paymnets.

when I spoke to manager marketing verbal commitment have no mean give it

written then she relucted to give it.agreeemnt can specify the term for

cancellation if buyer wish but if they want to cancel booking on account of

due payment they need to give notice of 15 days . later they will return

paid money.

If i wish to cancel booking then they may charge panalty if they cancel

booking then they will written amount with out intrest Legally.

Even i paid stamp duty & regitration charges 91000.

Please advice what should be done?
