Builder of Shanti Niketan
Not Providing facilities as per agreement

Hello Sir

I am resident of Shanti Niketan, Magarpatta City Rd, Magarpatta, Hadapsar Pune 28.

I have purchased a Flat in this building in Sept 05 and got ownership of the same on Mar 07.

As per the agreement as well apart from that Builder has not yet completed building work.

He has taken a seperate amount for installation of Solar System for the building, but he has not utilized all collected amount to install Solar System and ha has installed low quality solar system from local vendor which is not supplying Hot water. same thing about building Lift.

since last 2 yrs we [All Flat owners] are having meeting with builder about completion of the remaining work as well as provide aminities as per the agreement.

We have given him written application six month back, but no action has taken from builder side.

Since we have not formed as a Society and yet building is in Builders hand we are helpless.

Builder has taken one time maintenance from each flat owner as on a avg of 55, 000.

Please guide us all Flat owner what can be done.

We have building A and B in Shanti Niketan and Building B is completed and A is still under construction since last 3 yrs.
