Delay in completion of project and Possession of flat

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a flat in Kadivivali (West) Mumbai. for Rs5200/per Sq.ft.

Ageement / registration of Flat done on 9th Apr As per agreement, Builder has to give possession on 31/12/09 as mentioned in Contract (Copy of agreement attached)

Till date Building work is not complete, Since i have taken Rs 21 lakh loan from HDFC bank and paying 11% interest & paying rent to present accomodation which we have extended due to delay in possession of own flat.

Please guide me how to deal with customer.
