Degarding the network tower establishment by the builder on the floor of my resi. apartment

I have purchased a flat in 2006 as per my builders commitment there were two ways to reach in to the building premises but now one way and half of the parking area has been sold by the builder to another party.

more over he has constructed two more flats (pent house) on the 3rd floor while it was suppose to be open for all residents which is now his property and kept on rent by himself, also not shown to us in the lay-out.

hence he has also establish a network tower at the time of construction on the roof of pent house.we all residents are residing since Again he is establishing one more tower on the pent house with out any information, with out considering the fact that we all are living inside the building there could be any kind of accident occure.

he is also not ready to hand over the society to the socity member which we have formed personly to manage are routin work.
