Not getting proper service

I purchased Nokia -3600 sliding mobile by paying Rs-9200. Its ringer got out of service with in 3 months along with networking problem. I got my hand set free repaired from nokia care hoshiarpur (Punjab). After 3 months its speaker got out faulty i again visited the nokia care & got it replaced after that i come to know that the software of my hand set was cruppted as the SMS time displayed is not as per the actual time of hand set. Also i want to change the body of my cell but as per nokia care body is not available in market & that is after 6 months. So you are requested to get my issue resolve.
