Waist of 6 yrs by unlawful admission

Bundelkhand University is a Govt body where everything is supposed to be lawful but they have spoiled 6 years of 83 students by taking wrong admissions in 5 years Bachalor in Architect course without taking prior permission of controlling body "Council of Architect" who have been constituted by central government to monitor best Architectural education in India and latter on to register so passed out students and permits them to practice as an Architect and without registration number one cannot start practicing as in case of Medical by MCI.

University took admission, conducted the course of 5 years continiously without caring rapid notices of COA AND NOT COA HAS REFUSED TO ALLOT ANY REGISTRATION NUMBER. Now neither universtity nor mahamahim Rajyapal nor COA is not caring for dark future of these 83 students who have wasted 6 years with university and had paid lacks of rupees after taking loans from various banks etc. Please help me.
