Not stopped at the stop

The Kerala state Transport Bus which I boarded from Mananthavady at around 12:15 pm on 4/4 did not stop at Govt. Engg. College, Wayanad stop which is a designated stop for LS/FP/TT buses. As the conductor did not give the bell, i requested him to stop, but in vain, and insulted me in public. And I was compelled to alight at Thalappuzha, 2km away.
