Not getting the channel clearly

Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of Dish TV for near about one and half years. I brought it on 31st July 07.But after last recharge (on 05/12/08) i am not getting the Dish Intractive Channel and also not getting Zee group (Zee TV, Zee Cinema, Zee Next, Zee Music, Zee News, Zee Business) Properly.

So i would like requset you to kindly look into the metter and i am hopefully waiting for a reply from your side.
