Network problem

My cell no 9820718782 and my name sanjay jain i am using the vodafone no from last 5yrs and i having

lots of problem in network (i am not getting any network in my office kalbadevi) for this i have complant 100 times but not solve yet, not getting proper responce they r taking monthly charges and also taking full network charges, now when i go to office i divert my cell call to my land line no so now i am paying for incoming also ans also my land line no is continues engage becosz of call divert and i am lossing money also i face sever problem on 26/11, who will be responsible if any think uneven happpen

where we small people go if this network problem happen to any big people they have taken sever stap
