Network problem

My cell no 9820718782 my name sanjay jain, i am not getting network in my office at kalbadevi

and i am using vodafone network, i am also not satisfied with the feedback they r giving can u imagine that 1000 of cores of company and also agree that there is problem in network and thery r taking full network charge and no proper resopnse from the vodafone from last 12 months this is the last option i have left and this problem is not for single user this for all crores of vodafone user which they also face same problem but cant say any think becoze they cannot change there phone no which they r using from last 5 yrs ther is full network of idea, idea user can talk at my office but i cannot why they dont put boster at my office and when they solve the network problem they can take back there boster (this is my personal idea) at my office all vodafone user have the same problem so they dont visit my shop and if they visit they leave assoon as posible

and i also wish to get refund of my 12 months bill which i have paid with intrest becoz against the loss of my business client

vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv sever matter or give the same no from idea metwork

i hope my complant will be solve this time after waiting 12 months
