Non delivery of courie

Professional courier does not deliver the goods on time and also does not have a proper customer care number, since when ever we call they give some other numbers to track our consignment, secondly they do have a proper airway bill number some centres have a prefix and others don't so it becomes very difficult to track, even on complaining we donot recv proper response from them.

it is better people start using Indian posts which is better and give better service at nominal costs
