I am using bb curve 8310 for the past one year, now i want airtel 299 plan, i tried by sending a sms airtelbb to '121' for the past 20 days, i am getting a reply that try after 24 hours, "20" 24 hours has gone and there is no response. if i go to csr are they are requesting me to take post paid, i dont know what kind of service they are giving.
