I am S.Sivasakthi student of a Engineering college in private organisation perundurai, daily i am coming from erode to perundurai.

On 11/01 at 7.45am I catched the Govt. bus at ERODE GH and get ticket for Perundurai. The actual charge is Rs.6, i gave Rs.10 to the conductor. He gave only Ticket but he didn't return my balance of Rs.4. I Asked it for many times but he didn't respond properly, at last i was get down at perundurai bus stand and asking my balance to him he didn't give my balance at that time also he simply saying no change and given signal to the driver to start the bus. As a passanger he insulted me by using unwanted words in crowded place and I am unsatisfied due to this incident please take necessary steps to avoid these kind of incident in future.

after i got the ticket many passangers given change to conductor for getting ticket, that time i asked my balance but he is not respond.
