I purchased one cooker from reliance retail shop at potamal Calicut (Kozhikode), with in a week the fiber part of the handle

broken and color changed inside. yesterday brought the same the shop and asked to replace or repair.

The shop keepers arrogantly answered they were not responsible for any damage of the products. customer

should direct to complaint the manufactures and bring the same there only. I gave the cooker to them

for replace/repair, they didn't gave any receipt. The guarantee card is keeping myself.
