Misrepresentation and non-delivery of items

I had ordered several items from Sify mall in mid-November. While the buy one get one free offer for induction cookers featured a Strob cooker what was finally sent was an Italia cooker. When asked about this all that Sifymall had to say was What is the problem with the product? Is it not working? which is the only complaint they will accept. Some 5 other items I had ordered that day have yet to be sent despite several reminders. They do not pick up the telephone or give anything other than interim answers over chat, saying the matter has been taken up/sent to the concerned department etc for over a week now.
