Subject: Water Crisis

This letter is to inform you regarding the water crisis in our area.

Last 26 days we are not getting even a single drop of water through BWSSB connection. We have given several times this complaint in R T Nager office through orally and literally. But no action has taken from the respective authority.

Normally our monthly bills are coming in between 150 to 300 rupees. But this time my bill is only 83 rupees. Hope from here you can identify problem.

Hence I shall be grateful if your goodselves give me a solution for this problem. I am sure you would accede to my request and confirm the same.
