COMPLAINT OF NO WATER

Regency Magnum Apartments is located in Hennur Main Road, next to Indian Academy college. The complaints of no water is well known to the division office of BWSSB Kalaynanagar and efforts not taken to resolve the problem.

Complaint and 2 reminders were sent to Chairman/ PRO and little action has intiated by division office in locating the valve and after that again to square no.1.

The ultimate sufferers are the flat owners who are denied of BWSSB drinking water though the monthly bills of Rs.14, 308/ been paid since from august.

We presume that the officials of BWSSB are engaged all the time for private works rather than public work.

We are looking for the solution at least thru this complaint forum.
