Subject :- Overflowing Sewage from the Manhole

Dear Sir,

The Manhole in front of our building does not have a cover thereby posing danger to the children playing in the area and the vehicles plying on the road. Since yesterday it has started overflowing because of waste getting collected in it. The overflow of the sewage is flowing into the house. You are requested to have it repaired at the earliest as it is an emergency and may cause epidemic in the area besides causing threat to the life.
