New connection not distribut me

Respected sir i leav in E-14/616, PARTAP NAGAR SABOLI DELHI-93.

I am very upset for electricity. Apply new connection by me of 1st date july and dec.2005 of bses Tahir Pur station. I was tried at this time but no any reply no improvement no any action for my new electricity connection. I have no aproach high officers in this department. My nearby is already new connection avialable but no avialabel new connection for me because i have no many given for bses employs and no my aproach in this department. Two time submited file in the bses by me with total documents. Already i have mtnl tellephon connection privious three years and i have total documents.

I m very upset without electricity but no repons by bses for my electricity connection. Please action for my complaint. I am face the mager problem please action of the bses TAHIR PUR STATION
