Sir, now a days many network services gives sim cards is very cheaper rate, and they give more talk value (sim card 10 rupees, talk value 52 rupees), So college guys and most public peoples are misuse this scheme, weekly once college boys r change the sim cards while the talk value goes to nil and they throw away that sim cards. I affraid about that throwed sim card goes to any terriorist or any wrong person, pls. note this matter siverely
