Leakage of dirty sewage wate

Sir,

I live at C-11, 1st floor, Aashiana Building, Ganesh Nagar, Near Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018.I am facing problem all the time with my neighbour who stay on second floor (above me) and i am facing the problem of dirty sewage water leakage and fall ceiling which is dangerous for me and my family. It might create some serious disease to my family members. I told him too many times but he is not doing anything to repair his bathroom. And too much bad smell is there in my home, we cannot able to live in this condition. So it is my humble request to you, please do something for us as soon as possible.
