Amount credited but not getting product

Dear Sir
On a leaflet (coming with my Citi Bank Credit Card Bill) basis I Order a Kids Laptop through my Citi Bank Credit Card through mobile phone (9999874033) to AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd. They told me within 21 days you received your product via courier. On 26th September. On 27th Sep 2008 I got a message from their side: "Customer ID: AVA/08/0000940. Please contact us on 1-800-10800-300 for any further assistance". On 1st Oct. 2008 I got another messege from their side "greetings, your order no c169 has been dispatched via Aramax 5788765802. I Contact also Aramax. They tell this is wrong shipment no. Till Oct 23 I am not getting my product. Amount also deducted from my card. Several times I am trying to contact them. They holding my phone 20-30 min but no response from their side. several times they cut my phone.
