Non availability of password

Sir/madam,

in receipt of email id "bist_madho @rediffmail.com" as created by you without any password given to us.

on 20/05 after long telephonic conversation with the CC Exe. Sunita Sharma. she is unable to provide the correct password for the same and advised me to make complaint in vodafone.

pls. reply the same as soon as possible.
