Not recieved my Epf Amount

Dear Sir,

I had applied for the withdrawal of my EPF amount.

My EPF Account No. is DL/24230/223

According to my company record my form was submitted on 7 Jan.

but i have not received any amount as yet.when i contacted my office i was given 2 Phno:- 27377789/27376775, but these phones are perpetually engaged.

Please guide me.
