Lack in changing postpaid connection to prepaid

Sir,

I am Aravind, am using Aircel postpaid connection, and i would like to change my postpaid connection into prepaid for the following number 9941464317. i took this request to your aircel center which is to be located in little mount 3months before and am keep on going and asking them often, but stil they didn't take any actions, for the past 3months am paying the bill without using that number. could you please change the conection from postpaid to prepaid for the number mentioned above.
