Dear Sir,

In spite of writting numerous mail to sro epfo gurgaon and addl cpfc Hr and RJ I am not getting any response. Kindly go through my 2 complaints and help me out on this.

Complaint no 1 : As informed by Addl CPFC HR, RJ through e-mail dated 28/10 regarding deposit of Rs 2.29 lacs in my bank account. The amount still not credited to my account till date.

Complaint no 2 : My total outstanding was Rs 5.06 family pension but information availaible for 2.29 lacs only. What action is being taken for balance amount and when it get cleared.
