I am staying at Akshar Apartment, Irani wadi no.3, Kandivali west, Mumbai -400067.

My present accomodation is provided by builder in lieu of Tenancy room at Chawl developed by builder.

Upto May I was paying monthly fees for cable connecton (Kandivali Cable) to M/S Patel Electronics/Shree Fantastic Channel Brodcasting.

In May representative of M/S Patel Electronics/ Shree Fantastic Channel Brodcasting asked me to pay Lump sum Rs. 5000.00 as life time fees which I paid by cheque no.322187 dt.19/05of Ratnakar Bank Ltd., Kandivali west and they made entry on subscription card as " May onwards paid LIFE LONG TIME by ch. no. 322187 dt. 19/05."

As I was staying in alternate accomodation provided by builder, he told me I will be provided cable connection at any flat within Irani wadi no.3 area.

Builder has provided me permanent accomodation in the building developed at the same plot after demolition of chawl.

Now after almost 7 years cable operator is asking again for monthly fees else my cable connection will be disconnected.

Please advise.
