Irregular service

Sir, I would like to inform you that shivam cable Tv collect money from public in the name of cable TV but does not provide proper service. My cable is not coming for the last one week but he is not listening. He has not given me his address. I have only his mobile number 9210772918. But now a days he switches off his moble so that public can not make complaint. Please help us.
