I am a cable operator in rajkishore nagar, bilaspur, chattisgarh. i was taking signals from a local multi system operator (m.s.o) name C.C.N., because of their monopoly the mso (c.c.n) exploits all the local inputers including me, they even charge rs.205/- per conection per months. now about six months ago a new company GRAND ENTERTAINMENT AND EVENT starts their service in bilaspur, they offer us (all the local inputer) a reasonable rate, but at the same time the older m.s.o.named C.C.N.by knowing the incomming of new m.s.o. (GRAND), had called a meeting and forcefully make all the inputer to sign a one sided agreement that NO ONE CAN TAKE INPUT SIGNALS FROM OTHER COMPANY THAN C.C.N. and also forced local operater (inputer) to submitt 7months advance cheque. and because by that time the new mso (GRAND) were setting up new control room and it has to take atleast 2months to establish their control room and start service.
so by that time having no solutions we the operater (inputer) submitted the advance cheques, as if we fails to do so then c.c.n. would have immidiately cut our input signals.
now many operater (inputer) have taken the signal from new company (GRAND),
our problem is the old mso (C.C.N.) sending us notices through advocates that our checks were bounced. he wants the money for the service which we have not taken.
pls. help us.
thank you
ismail khan.
