Discouraging behaviour of Branch Manager and rude behaviour of Yashpal sharma

Our b.m tries to discourage me . he supports wrong sides . yashpal sharma one of the staff have no manners to talk to the agents . his behaviour is quite discouraging . he generaly talk loud and rude . i m working since 5 years . he never feed my cases in turn . he likes to feed the cases of those female agents who sits besides him with smiling faces and goes on talking to him without any matter. if i told him to do this work as it is urgent he starts shouting and said put it on my table i will do it latter or go and get it done from sanjay. i have to wait 2 to 3 hours to get feed my cases. even after wating for such long hours i have to go witout it . i deposit the the premium and have to return back to collect the f.p.r. our b.m blamed me that i have some personal enemity with sharma . you can check record of sharma lots of complaints has already be registerd against him.
