Comany is regreting to pay our invested money

I am holding 50 shares of Cabot India LTD, FOLIO NO CIP02039 and certificate no 0044969, when I contacted cabot for selling my shares they regreted and gave reason that the company has buy backed the shares long time ago, I have already spoken with Company secretary regarding the same issue but she is not helping out to give the solution, I explained to cabot company that because of marginal sign mistake of first holder it came back to me and then the company did not contact us and they changed the transfer agent from MCS LTD to LINK IN TIME and did not intimate us despite several calls to cabot then finally we got the cabot India contact numbers and they are not helping me and even LINK IN TIME is not giving solution to me. please make a note of my complaint that I want my money back which I invested in shares with compensation.
