Dear Sir,

As per guidance given to me by Mumbai/Chennai officer credit card division. They register the complaint no.00164290798 on dt.14/11/08. And also given the complaint in your office. The amount of near about (8 months) Rs.2000. Why your debit in my credit card financial charges Rs. 2000and also services charges. But I have already credit amount and also financial charges paid near about Rs.2000 (8 months). But I have already say in your office. I had paid all dues against statement.

They promised that within 7 days the wrong disputed entries will be reversed. I send in your email address.. Now we request you reverse the financial chargest which was either wrongly put or which were due to mis-use of system.

We would like to clarify you that our card account has been financial charges.

Please this Rs. 2000 and also Services Charges .revert to us if you wish to cancel the financial charges.

Please arrange to reverse amount.
