Drier not working

The drier of the IFB washing machine is not working properly. The clothes that have been put in the drier do not dry properly after the washing of the clothes

We have placed the complaint before but no action has been taken so far and no person has contacted us reagrding the this problem. We are going through a lot of inconvenience due to this a the clothes have a peculiar stink after the wash as they are not dried as they formerly used to.
