Choclate in decayed form

Hi,

I brought a gift packet from a shop in thane east for Rs 125/-, packed on 08/08 Code no G80831. but when i opened the wrapper the chocalte was in a white powder form, was very suprised, have also wrote a mail to cadburys on thier email id for suggestions and complain, but they have still not reverted.
